This week I am moving house .

My old house has four bedrooms, a bathroom, a dining room and a kitchen.

My new house has two bedrooms, a bathroom, a dining room, lounge and kitchen.
This is the view from my new house.

My new house is bigger than my old house.
I'm looking forward to seeing the veiw from my new house on a sunny day .

さきほどランチを食べながらヤフーニュースを見ていて、”大雪の英国、車中で出産”という記事を見つけました。

そうなんですなにやらいろんなところで異常気象なのか？スコットランド（英国内）の義母からは大雪で外に出れない！！とメッセージが






こんな写真を見るとたまには雪もなんだか楽しそうと思ってしまいますが、現実的に大人は仕事に行けず買い物できず大変らしいです

Hello Everyone,

This is Carl. I hope you are doing well. It has been pretty cold lately, so please take care of your health. I recommend getting a good pair of gloves. These were purchased at Uniqlo for 1200 yen. I love them and I can't imagine leaving my house without my gloves. I like them as they aren't so big and I can use my smart phone with them on. I don't have to take them off.



I am just writing to talk about a little of what is going on in my lessons.

Lately, for class I have students draw a picture of me. I think it is interesting to see what kids see me as. I love seeing their drawings.

Here are a few of my favorites.


I think the drawings are great and I love seeing how children view me. Do you wonder what children view you like? If so give it a try.

Hello Everyone,

Long time no see, It is 2018,I hope you all had a happy new year. I did my frst hike of the new year. I hiked Aburayama this weekend.

I went there by bicycle. It was a tough ride for me.

But I finally made it up the mountain and began the hike. I liked the suspension bridge. It was very interesting when it moved.



If you ever get a chance to visit Aburayama you should do the hike. It is a really nice hike and the view is amazing.

Over New Years I travelled around Japan.
I went to visit my friend in Shizuoka.
I ate eel and gyoza, and I also got to see Mt Fuji!


After New Years in Shizuoka I went to Shikoku.
In Shikoku I ate taimeshi and udon , and I also went to Matsuyama castle.


And Ritsurin park.


It was very fun.
I'm looking forward to seeing all of you again this year!

This Friday December 15th the Star Wars Movie opens. I am excited to watch this movie. I have been waiting for this movie to show for a long time. Have you ever watched Star Wars. I love R2D2 and jedis. Please if you have time, please go to Canal City and watch the movie in Imax.




I am sure you will love this movie as much as I do.

はじめまして！
9月の終わり頃から講師として働かせてもらってます！徳永です！

女性の講師が多い中、若さと力強さを武器に元気よく楽しいクラスに出来たらと思います。

以下、簡単に自己紹介します。


趣味はスポーツ全般とゲームで、小学校2年生から高校3年生までずっと野球をしてましたが、大学からは器械体操をしてます(もう引退しましたが）。バク転とか鉄棒の大車輪とかできます！

出身は京都で、大学進学とともに福岡に来ました。もう2年半ほど住んでますがとても気に入っています。ご飯が安くておいしいのはもちろん、ぼくが特に気に入ってるのは海が近いことです。徒歩で海岸まで行けるなんて、京都に住んでた頃には考えられませんでした。最近はできてないのですが、よく愛宕浜の砂浜をジョギングしてました。波の音と海の香りが心地よいです。


また、去年の9月から今年の5月までアメリカカリフォルニア州のサンノゼにある大学に交換留学してました。その経験を通して英語の重要性を再認識し、それを活かしたいと思ったのがここで講師として働こうと思ったきっかけとなっています。下にいくつかその時の写真を貼りますね。

Recently I was given some old postcards .
One of them is worth 5 yen. The other one is worth 7 yen.


Apparently you can still use them . Or you can sell them for 5 or 7 yen ￥.


The 7 yen postcard is from Showa 43 (1968), before even my parents were born. Next year it will be 50 years old
I'm not sure when the 5 yen postcard was made.

I like learning about history .

今月上旬、佐賀大和へみかん狩りに出かけました

甥っ子姪っ子も一緒に




３０分のみかん食べ放題笑

１歳、３歳、５歳×２、食べ放題って言われてもそんなに食べれんやろ～という私の予想を裏切って・・・・

私はひたすら皮をむく係となり、一番食べてないかも・・・




みかんでお腹いっぱいになって、畑をてくてく歩いて戻りました。

１歳児の手をひく３歳児。いとこ同士仲良しです

Recently in class we have been learning " Baa Baa Black Sheep ".
But have you ever seen a black sheep?

This is a photo that my brother took when I went to New Zealand:


In New Zealand there are both black sheep and white sheep.

There are also black swans in New Zealand. They are common in New Zealand and Australia.
